Delivery

Orders placed before 11:00 PM on workdays will be shipped the same day. Free shipping applies to orders within the Netherlands and Belgium from €50. For all other EU countries we offer free shipping from €99. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to track the progress of your package.

Returns

You can return an item without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. Please note: if you choose a "own shipping method", please use the correct return address, namely Marconistraat 10, 2181 AK, Hillegom. We do not accept the office address for returns, and costs for forwarding returns from the office to the warehouse are at your own expense.

Please ensure that the items meet the following conditions:

· They have not been worn, dirty, washed or damaged.

· They include all attached price tags and original packaging.

· We have received them within 14 days of your return request.

Returns are checked upon receipt in our warehouse. Items that do not meet the conditions will be rejected.
